JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, products, and services.
• Think strategically see the bigger picture and set objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement the company targets.
• Have a good understanding of the businesses such as management, HR, IT, and Purchasing services and be able to advise others about them.
• Discuss the promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
• Engage with the product manager to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to carry out sales forecasts.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services increase the sales channels.
• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes, and operations.
• Report sales results to management on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in Business Development at least, with a minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, and PR.
• Consulting or service providing, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Research skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent listening and presentation abilities with excellent writing skills - Bilingual.
• Strong Communication Skills with an energetic personality.
• Ability to interact with different cultures.
