Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are hiring for a leading interior design firm dedicated to creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that transform our clients' visions into reality. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our company's growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our interior design services. This role requires a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can effectively collaborate with our design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of interior design services through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Provide personalized design solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth goals and expand our client base.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our design expertise, portfolio, and value proposition.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to position the company effectively in the market.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics, regularly reporting progress to the senior management team.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand your professional network and identify potential business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
