JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business in the vibrant market of UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the holiday homes industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the holiday homes market in UAE-Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and property management companies.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company's objectives and financial goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement promotional and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our holiday homes business.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Good Salary Package according to the experience.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the homes, real estate, or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE-Dubai market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong network and connections within the local real estate and property management industry in UAE-Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business relationships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development plans.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other language spoken in the UAE would be an advantage.
