JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client in the forex trading industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Research Prospective Clients:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target markets.
• Use various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and networking to generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
• Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales and Business Development:
• Actively promote our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, negotiating terms and agreements as needed.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.

Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment of business development activities with organizational goals.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance against targets.
• Generate regular reports and updates for management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Continuous Learning and Development:
• Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and new technologies related to forex trading.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training, seminars, and self-study to enhance effectiveness and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the forex trading industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, forex trading products, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., Series 3, Series 34) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
