Company: A rapidly growing fresh fruit delivery service company.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our organization, responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating client pricing, and forecasting sales revenue while building strategic partnerships. Our Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within our company by developing and maintaining a network of contacts to attract new clients, as well as research new market opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Managing all corporate communication around subscription boxes and catering opportunities
- Nurturing and developing key corporate relationships with current and potential clients
- Arranging meetings with prospective clients (online or in-person)
- Promoting the company’s products, other options while addressing or predicting clients’ needs
- Preparing contracts, keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Collaborating with sales to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Maintaining a strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Updating the sales funnel or customer management platform
- Prospecting and qualifying new leads
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in management meetings
- Producing reports for management
- Providing specialist advice on Fruitful Day products
- Manage all corporate client communication, providing most suitable options for consideration, advising on quantities, sharing quotations, executing follow on once approved
- Attending events
- Educate on health and well-being of products

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or relevant field
- 2+ years proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English (Arabic would be advantageous)
- Ability to multi-task and pivot if required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and engage with customers of diverse backgrounds, strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to sell value and create credibility

AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
