Business Development Manager

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the information technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth in the UAE-Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the information technology sector in UAE-Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets for expansion.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and identify potential partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in business development within the information technology industry, with a strong understanding of the UAE-Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-driven and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
