JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Acquire new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.).
• Grow business through client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR and healthcare decision-makers.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client hiring needs.
• Track sales pipeline, targets, and market trends.
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years of business development experience in healthcare staffing or HR services.• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of healthcare hiring needs.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
