JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves driving growth within the FMCG and HORECA sectors by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG and HORECA sectors in the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and promotions to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development within FMCG or HORECA industries.- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and local business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
