JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager and Executive to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, healthcare providers, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and strengthen industry connections.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Abu Dhabi healthcare experience is a must- Strong domain knowledge of healthcare operations and market dynamics
- Strong client network
- Result-oriented with demonstrated track record of achieving business targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Any nationality
