JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Pitch products to new customers
* Research new markets
* Initiate new partnership and possible business acquisition
* Prepare product pitches and making presentations to prospective clients and investors
* Maintain Client relationship and make regular follow ups with existing clients
* Make regular visits to clients
* Maintain client database
* Must possess prior experience in insurance company/ broker firms in UAE.
* Must have a database / Portfolio (Min million)

Salary / Commission. Depending on candidate's choice

Benefits: Insurance, Visa, Leave, no targets, no cap on commission, 50%-60% commission, Weekly/ Monthly dispersion of commission(as per employees wish), Salary paid on 28th of every month, Monday- Friday working, Friday working till 4:00 PM, other days 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in Insurance.
* Sales acumen.
* Solid understanding of policies and products.
* Be able to provide mentor ship.
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
