Business Development Manager - Facility Management Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client into Facility Management. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization.

• Develop an intricate sales strategy pinpointing targeted industries and clientele.
• Identify or propose potential business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients and exploring potential ventures.
• Assess potential business ventures by analyzing market strategies, financial potential, and deal requirements; evaluate options and recommend suitable investment avenues.
• Formulate negotiation strategies by aligning new ventures with company objectives and operations; assess risks, understand partner needs, and set goals accordingly.
• Finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
• Oversee the entire bidding process by delegating tasks, reviewing pricing and documentation, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Safeguard the organization's interests by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Build professional networks and enhance organizational reputation by taking on new challenges and exploring avenues to add value to accomplishments.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to foster business relationships.
• Strategize and oversee new marketing endeavors to expand market reach.
• Focus on enhancing the value of existing clientele while attracting new ones.
• Explore and develop new market opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring punctual submission of tenders.
• Set development goals for the team and ensure their achievement.
• Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate products or services effectively to potential clients.
• Supervise the development of marketing materials, provide management with feedback, and write reports as needed.
• Facilitate goal achievement by providing necessary information to team members.
• Implement standard operating procedures for commercial activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Drive revenue generation and consistently meet established targets.
• Manage employee performance in alignment with departmental KPIs.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain project pipelines for the Business Development Department.
• Propose and organize employee engagement and motivational activities.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with existing clients to assess service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide necessary information for tender submissions.
• Address internal audit observations promptly and provide required documentation for closure.
• Undertake any additional tasks as directed by management.

Salary:
AED 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5-8 years Experience in sales, marketing or related field in the UAE
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handles uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Proficient in using CRM software
