JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Western managed fit out company, located in Dubai, is looking to hire a BDM with proven experience in commercial fit outs.
Your responsibilities will consist of (not limited to):
- Assess target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, focus on increasing brand awareness and bringing new customers.
- Sell and manage the projects, and services. Implement the companys sales and marketing strategy, identify and qualify leads while consistently closing business in order to meet or exceed the sales budget.
- Work towards achieving the companies financial and growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate shall be Western educated, with a relevant degree.
- The preferred candidate shall have a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience of which a minimum of 3 years in the Middle East.
- The candidate must have a proven track record in commercial fit out projects.
