JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Business Development Manager Up To 15k Aed ++ For A Plastic Manufacturing Company In Ajman
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
REQUIREMENTS
• Position: Business Development Manager
• Salary: Up to 15,000 E AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus company car, annual air ticket and medical insurance
• Hiring company: Plastic manufacturing company
• Work location: Ajman, UAE
• Availability: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• Employment type: Permanent
Candidate Profile:
• Open to any ARABIC SPEAKING candidates
• Female, below 45 years old
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry
• Must have a good relation with Consultancies and Contracting company
• Enthusiastic about sustainable customer development and must be sales driven
• Extensive time management and networking skills
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
