Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager for a holiday home, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our holiday home business. You will develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, maximize occupancy rates, and increase revenue. Your role will involve identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing initiatives, and maintaining excellent guest relationships. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Business Growth Strategy:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to expand the holiday home business.
• Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and potential revenue streams.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

Sales and Marketing:
• Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase bookings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and online presence.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, occupancy rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Partnership Development:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, and other relevant businesses.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Guest Experience and Relationship Management:
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Develop and implement guest loyalty programs to drive repeat bookings and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly communicate with guests to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote positive word-of-mouth.

Financial Performance:
• Develop and manage the holiday home business budget, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Salary:
AED 11,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa and medical insurance

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
• Strong understanding of the holiday home market, industry trends, and customer dynamics.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with partners, guests, and team members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven business decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM software, booking platforms, and other relevant business tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English speaker Arabic is a plus.
