JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Business Development Manager position for the Insurance Industry in Dubai, UAE.
Our client is a international provider of health, life and protection insurance for expatriates.
They are hiring for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be responsible for building and developing relationships over the telephone, and face to face, with brokers and clients, with the objective of increasing sales from a panel of brokers in addition to increasing the panel of and production of business from new brokers/intermediaries. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in sales and relationship management. The candidate will need to be ambitious and driven to help develop the business and their career.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant will require a minimum of 3-5 years of insurance experience with in the UAE. The successful candidate will be experienced in networking and business development. The candidate must have a successful track record within an insurance company. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English.
The role will provide competitive salary package.
