BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SENIOR SALES MANAGER (INTERIORS / FIT-OUT)
Company Profile: Specialising in Interior Design en Office Fit-outs. Over 10 years of professional experience in Project Management, Design & Commercial fit-outs.
This role will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
• To develop business throughout the UAE and be accountable for the Regional Business Development strategy.
• Monitoring and targeting of area key accounts including customer care, contract enhancement and renegotiation.
• Identify and develop new Customers and additional revenue streams.
• Actively participate in sourcing and tendering of potential local and national contracts.
• Encourage new Business Principal Relationships and secure collaborative business partnerships.
• Establish rapport with existing customers, understanding their principals and ensuring maximization of the turnover from their products and services.
• Build and maintain contact with key client personnel.
• Network and effectively develop a sales team with qualified and experienced sales professionals throughout the various business units within the group.
• Identify high potential areas and key growth drivers for diversification (both product and geographic) and implement suitable strategies to bring about an ambitious organic growth of the organisation.
• To take an active role in the business planning cycle and contribute to the continued growth and commercial success of the business.
• To take full responsibility for the timely and market competitive submission of bids and tenders as per customer requirements.
• Develop Marketing and Sales strategies and utilise suitable tools as advertisements, exhibitions etc to show case the company’s products and services.
• Be a key team player and work in conjunction with the General Manager to steer the company towards a leadership position in the industry.
• Identify new product and business opportunities and industry and competitor changes that may require new strategies or revisions of the business plan.
• Develop business profile across the MENA region and throughout all company facilities whilst actively promoting the company’s services and products.
• Deputise for the General Manager during absence and ensure smooth operation of the business.
• Manage and develop an effective Sales force across the MENA region and company facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Management or Similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience Sales/Marketing in Fit-out / Interior design in UAE
• Computer Literacy including MS Office
• Leadership Qualities, positive work ethics and attitude
• Excellent customer service skills and ethical behaviour at all times
