Business Development Manager - Interiors Fit-Out

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

eMagine Solutions is currently looking for a Business Development Manager who has knowledge and exposure in the UAE market within the Interiors Fit-Out Industry.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business and engage with business partners within the interior fit-out industry.

What you will do:

• Generating sales, selling and negotiating prices, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
• Maintaining relationships and following up on existing clients.
• Identifying, meeting, and concluding new business deals.
• Developing a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers, and agencies.
• Ensuring that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators.
• Helping the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.
• Submitting weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals, and visits.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
• Should be a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of the English language (oral and written).
• Knowledge of the UAE market.
• Leadership skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Project management coordination.
• Computer skills / good presentation skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales and business development in the UAE especially in interior fit out.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Interior Fit Out.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture / Interior Design is an advantage.
• Driving License is a must.
• Commercial and residential project experience.
