JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is working in partnership with The Worlds Largest Contractor. As part of their ongoing commitment to the UAE market they have an immediate requirement for a Business Development Manager.
- This role will be responsible for identifying, building rapport, tendering, and successfully be awarded Major Buildings projects
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Must have experience working for Main Contractors in the UAE focused specifically on large scale building projects, hotels, towers, mixed-use, commercial, residential etc
- 10 years experience
- Must have experience in Business Development, Bidding and/or Proposals
