Business Development Manager - Modular Build (Oil & Gas)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This role will report directly to the Director with a key responsibility in providing evaluation of incoming business enquiries as to their suitability on both business potential and technical feasibility levels and directly the inquiry appropriately
 
Key Accountabilities:
- All documentation accurate, up to date and on-time
- Make sure all leads are followed through to natural conclusions
- Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
- Make sure all enquiries are dealt with both swiftly and professionally
- Process all data in-line with the Sales Coordinators expectations in detail
- Assess the business opportunity and technical feasibility through a prospect evaluation process and determine whether it is something we want to pursue and the urgency required
- Manage the activities on data entry formats such as excel
- Work with the expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
- Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFI's), Requests for Proposals (RFP's) in a professional and creative manner
- Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the sales teams to develop the commercial proposal
- Represent LF at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events
- Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to markets messaging for specific business sectors
- Work closely with Sales Team to develop new business proposals- Contribute to the learning environment by identifying areas where there is potential for learning and building knowledge with others

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management or Similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience Sales/Marketing in the UAE / GCC
- Experience in Modular Builds / Oil & Gas Projects
- Computer Literacy including MS Office
- Leadership Qualities, positive work ethics and attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and ethical behaviour at all times
