JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Generating new clients/business for the company
- Preparing/writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Building and keeping good relationship with clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 10 years BD experience in Recruitment Agency/Firm setup
- Oil and gas recruitment experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Candidate must be in UAE for immediate hiring.
