JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell scientific research equipment and measurement gauges to universities, laboratories, research centers, and industrial clients
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products and solution
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications and pricing
• Support clients during pre-sales and post-sales stages to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the scientific field
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM or internal systems
Requirements:
Requirements & Qualification• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Physics, or related field)
• Proven experience in sales of scientific research equipment and measurement gauges
• Strong technical understanding of laboratory instruments, testing devices, and scientific measurement systems
• Experience with tenders and project-based sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple account
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
