Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Holiday Homes team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts and expanding our portfolio of holiday homes. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our holiday homes portfolio.
• Explore new markets, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for our holiday homes portfolio.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client acquisition strategies and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to track sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday homes sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
