JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Controls & direct the personnel and activities of an organization or department.
• Overseeing all aspects of a business from finance and operation to marketing & human resource.
• Create marketing materials (case studies, references, client quotes, etc).
• Manage the hiring, choosing, orienting, and training of colleagues to maintain office workforce.
• Establish a plan, gather resources, mobilize, and carry out the actual delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or Marketing
• With experience related in the field
• Good written and verbal communication skill
• Problem solving and decision making
• Leadership skills to lead employees in an efficient manner
• Organizational skills involved in planning, meeting deadlines, managing time and prioritizing, all of which are essential to a management position.
