JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Business Process Lead will lead the FP&A internal reporting function in the design, development, and implementation of the new EPM system. Through a thorough understanding of business processes, policies, and procedures the role holder will work with stakeholders both within and outside of Finance to support in the full design of the EPM tool for budgeting, planning, forecasting, and Internal Reporting. Ensuring that the system provides financial data, insights and analytics that can enable business decisions and track business performance.

In this role you will:

- Lead in the EPM design workshops to ensure all reporting/budgeting requirements are gathered and included in the design.
- Act as the central point of contact for the project and co-ordinate with other EPM stakeholders to make sure all requirements are covered. Cover all reporting related design queries linked to processes and policies to ensure the value to the organisation is maximised from the new system/tool. Develop the "to be" process maps, processes and policies and ensure these are fully communicated to both to the remainder of finance and Senior Leadership Team through detailed training and incorporate best practise.
- Act as the SME and COE for tool throughout the implementation of the new EPM system. Ensuring consistency in design and implementation across all elements of the business.
- Lead the collection, testing and signoff of all data related modules and data with the remaining project team.
- Bring together the three-year future roadmap for the EPM expansion to help drive further insights and analytics from the EPM tool.
- Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the new system.
- Be the first point of contact for the EPM supplier and implementation partner to ensure the project remains on track and provide weekly status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive consistency in the change management action plan finance and ensure all stakeholders across the Emirates are taken along the EPM journey through executing change management activities that drive engagement in the new system.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

- Degree or equivalent, plus relevant professional experience i.e. MBA or Qualified Accountant.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification would be desirable.
- 8+ years post qualification experience within a Finance department within medium or large organisations.
- Knowledge of FP&A processes - budgeting, planning, and forecasting and the preparation of management reporting material.
- The ability to partner with the business and a range of stakeholders and be able provide solutions and guidance on best FP&A practices.
- Experience in implementing complex and innovative finance solutions which require a significant change management program.
- Ability to problem solve with good time management and people skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI would be advantageous.
