JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Three month contract, police experience essential.

Our client is a large, government entity in UAE who is seeking to train some 200 delegates in performance management skills and developing KPIs over a 3 month period.

We are seeking a group of qualified, Arabic speaking trainers to design and deliver the training in UAE. Applications from qualified Jordanian nationals are encouraged.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Delivering performance management training
• Facilitating and collating feedback and “smart” KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally a graduate and Police Officer with a training and/or HR qualification
• Fluent Arabic speaker with experience of operational policing
• Evidence of training delivery/facilitation
• Evidence of business training, particularly performance management/KPIs

To be successful in this role you will need:
• Ability to deliver in Arabic and English
• Demonstrate evidence of operational policing
• Demonstrate a knowledge of performance management systems and writing “smart” KPIs
