JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Butchery Section Manager up to 15k Aed For A Leading Supermarket Group in UAE
- Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. Responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section
- Control orders and follow up on deliveries
- Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
- Control the display of new products while maintaining planogram
- Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measure
- Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer
- Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, range, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Butchery Section Manager
- SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group
- LOCATION: United Arab Emirates
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Arabic nationality, preferably Lebanese and Jordanian
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the butchery section of a FnB/hotel/supermarket setting
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Team player and flexible
