JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Butchery Section Manager Up To 12k Aed for a Leading Supermarket Group in Uae
• Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets
• Control orders and follow up on deliveries
• Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
• Control the display of new products while maintaining Plano-gram
• Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measures
• Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer
• Monitor and report competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Butchery Section Manager
• SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group
• LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic or Europeans or South Africans
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the butchery section of a FnB/hotel/supermarket setting
• Communication, customer service and presentation skills
