JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a New Innovative, thriving Brand from a merged company currently expanding their design team. With exciting new and traditional project lined up in Dubai, Sinopack search are exclusively on the look out for a new CAD Coordinator to join their ever-expanding design department.
Responsibilities:
• To plan, organise and manage the work plans of a CAD project team.
• To effectively manager a project budget alongside resourcing and creating schedules for the CAD team
• To effectively manager the CAD team throughout the project as well as offering guidance, direction and support
• To execute, create and oversee CAD design to meet the customers’ needs
• To be able to manage CAD software systems
• Working with engineering leads regarding any technical issues, training or other CAD system issues that may arise.
• Keep in contact with the client throughout the projects to make sure there is clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
• To evaluate fellow team members for their technical skills, performance and productivity.
• Maintain documentation records of generated design deliveries.
• Keep a positive working relationship with all levels of the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have experience creating designs and bringing them to life with digital software
• Experience with working in a CAD team role before and the
• The ability to manage a team
• 10 + experience within CAD related roles
• Experience all different types of projects such as hospitality, Food & Beverage, commercial & corporate, spas and retail
• To have Ideally worked within a contactor background previous
