Requirements:
Job Description:- Ensure the presentation, readiness, and upkeep of all operational areas, equipment, and facilities, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Deliver high service standards by assisting clients and guests with their needs, managing schedules and special requests, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures diligently, including equipment handling, resource management, and proper closing duties after operating hours.
- Support service excellence programs and performance targets while carrying out delegated tasks and enhancing the overall client and guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Asian nationals, aged 38 years old and below
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer facing roles preferably from hospitality, events and tourism; with understanding of golf is a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to lift or carry 30KG at any given time
- Must have a jolly and friendly personality.
