JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading UAE Facilities Management Service Provider. They are seeking a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Coordinator for a role in Dubai, UAE. The role will be responsible in performing clerical duties in operating and maintaining accurate data records in the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of tasks about to breach SLA and to follow-up with the site operations
• Data upload of new/existing contract using FSI import tool
• Asset and PPM schedule creation in CAFM
• Training of users about Concept Evolution and FSI Go
• To communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart information on status of work orders.
• To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Facilities Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Database Management and CAFM Software, most notably Concept Evolution and FSI Go
• Background in the Facilities Management Industry
• Organized and Accurate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving Skills
