JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:

System Management:
• Use CAFM software to oversee soft services.
• Ensure the system is updated and customized.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.

Data Management:
• Input and maintain soft services data.
• Ensure data accuracy.

Task Assignment and Tracking:
• Assign tasks to suitable personnel.
• Monitor task progress and resource usage.
• Generate reports as needed.

Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with external service providers.
• Maintain vendor contracts and records.

Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory levels and orders.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct audits and implement improvements.

User Support and Training:
• Provide support and training on system usage.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in soft services management in the FM industry and will hold a either a Degree or Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in facility management, particularly in soft services coordination.
• Proficiency in using CAFM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
