JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s call
• Management and resolve customer/vendor complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Process orders, forms, and application
• Route calls to appropriate resources, necessarily with the vendor management team
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Upsell products and services
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned
• Handle the vendor management calls whenever necessary
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
• Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Our company looking for a CALL CENTER AGENT to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Must be Arabic nationality
- Male / Female are welcome to apply
- Must know how to write and speak ARABIC and ENGLISH
- Must atleast have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.

Salaries are to be based upon interview.
