JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking passionate and motivated Telecaller to become a key part of our expanding team in Dubai. As a Telecaller, you will play an essential role in growing our property listings and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in tele-sales within the real estate sector, with a track record of notable achievements.
• Ability to work autonomously while nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, enabling you to streamline tasks and deliver outstanding service.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English Language• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and persuasive communication style
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients' needs, fostering positive relationship
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 4,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
