Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Log interactions and update CRM records
• Follow communication scripts and service quality standards
• Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution
• Share performance and activity reports as required (daily/weekly/monthly)

Requirements:
• Preferably ladies
• Arabic speakers with strong proficiency in English and Arabic
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Abu Dhabi–based candidates
