Our client, an industry giant in Insurance, is now looking for Arabic-Speaking Call Center / Customer Service Executive with relevant experience to join their team.
Call Center Agent will have the following Responsibilities:
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
A Customer Service Executive excels in the role keeping in line with the below Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Additional Skills:
• Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Additional language proficiency(French,Spanish) would be an advantage
• Previous experience in Insurance/Medical field is mandatory
