JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Call Center / Listing Agent is required to list and manage properties and CRM System, they also network and coordinate with sellers. Due to the personal nature of Real Estate Listing, a Listing Agent must have good interpersonal and administrative skills. The Listing Agent position caters to the detail-oriented individual who enjoys the ease and flow of conversation. The Listing Agent must also be self-motivated and proactive.

Accountabilities:
• Conduct market analysis on daily basis to ensure listing prices are within market prices
• Negotiate the listing price with the homeowner to get the best market price or a Hot deal
• Check ads on property portals
• Make calls and update on CRM system
• Helps in identifying the key selling points
• Accountable for getting maximum of number of verified units
• Uploading pictures of properties in CRM
• Follow up with the marketing department for updating posts
• Coordinating visits / showings for sales and rent agents
• Arranging an open house
• Presenting offers from buyers and tenants
• Responsible for sales and leasing availability list and prices and updating the listings on CRM
• Preparing the tenancy contract and MOU

REQUIREMENTS

Education, Experience & Skills:

The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The role is also geared for a person who can be autonomous and driven toward personal success and client satisfaction.

• Good negotiation skills
• Should be a self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• 2-3 years of real estate listing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
