JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
-Oversee the operations of an offshore camp/barge, ensuring that all services such as kitchen production, Food Service, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Cleaning are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
-Coordinates with the logistics of personnel and materials to and from the offshore camp. This includes managing bookings, ensuring timely deliveries, and liaising with vessels to prevent delays or shortages.
-Leads and manages camp staff, including performance monitoring, preparing duty rosters, and ensuring relievers.
-Engages in menu planning process with management and customer, ensuring that all ingredients used are approved according to service level agreements (SLAs) and that the menu meets the feasibility requirements for an offshore environment.

-Open to Indian and Nepali nationals
-Male, 35 years old and below
-At least 3 yrs UAE experience in a similar role preferably in catering industry
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
