JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Car Park Attendants will play a vital role in maintaining order and ensuring the efficient operation of our parking facility.

• Multi-tasking role with the following: monitoring traffic flow, traffic flow movement if and when required on entry and exits in peak periods, customer wayfinding guidance, customer traffic flow movement at auto payment machines in busy periods, regular car park patrol to ensure safety and security of vehicles.
• Monitoring CCTV whilst operating a control room, answering intercoms at entry, exits and auto payment machines.
• Pay stations are used to assist people in determining the exit of short-term and long-term car parks.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with parking equipment such as barriers, APMS and surveillance systems preferred
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods, walk distances and work in various weather conditions.
• Multilingual skills
• Six months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Working in a team environment
• Basic previous experience with parking experience preferred.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
