JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Surgeon to join our healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced surgical care to patients with heart conditions, and will play a crucial role in the diagnosis, treatment, and post-operative care of cardiac patients. Responsibilities:
- Performing complex cardiac surgical procedures with precision and expertise
- Diagnosing patients' conditions and developing personalized treatment plans
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for cardiac patients
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies
- Providing post-operative care and monitoring patients' progress to ensure optimal recovery
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in cardiac surgery and incorporating new techniques and technologies into practice
- Participating in research and academic activities to contribute to the advancement of cardiac surgical knowledge and techniques
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 95,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Cardiac Surgery
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques
- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Research experience and publications in the field of cardiac surgery would be an advantage
