JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardio Thoracic Surgeon Specialist to join our esteemed medical team in the UAE. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, providing top-tier surgical care for patients with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for advancing surgical techniques and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of surgical procedures related to cardiac and thoracic ailments, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and lung resections.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough preoperative assessments, including diagnostic imaging and patient evaluations

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Cardio Thoracic Surgery.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing cardio thoracic surgeon in a reputable healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of performing complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures with high success rates.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices in cardio thoracic surgery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex clinical situations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in the medical field.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
