JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon Specialist/Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced surgical care for patients with diseases affecting the heart, lungs, and other thoracic organs. This role requires a strong background in cardiothoracic surgery and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Performing complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair/replacement, lung resection, and other related surgeries
- Assessing and diagnosing patients' conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Participating in teaching and training programs for medical students, residents, and fellows
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery and implementing best practices in patient care
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 95,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Proven experience in performing complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
