JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Cashier and Receptionist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all cash transactions and managing the front desk operations. They will need to provide excellent customer service and ensure all customers are welcomed and taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, debit, and gift cards transactions
• Balance and reconcile registers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Input customer orders into the POS system
• Perform general reception duties such as taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant menu and promotional offers
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
AED 1,600 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Proven work experience as a Cashier and Receptionist
• Extensive experience in F&B background
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• High school degree or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
