JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
CEO (Oil and Gas) upto 100k AED for a Multinational Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi
• Experience of working with a quality management system with a high degree of procedural compliance
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility and solve problems quickly
• Review profit and loss, financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any nationality
• Male, below 50 years old
• Master's Degree or PhD in Business Administration or any related course
• Minimum 20 years of proven and successful experience in an operational role in the Oil and Gas industry
• Must have the ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team
• Experience of working with a quality management system with a high degree of procedural compliance

• Salary is up to 100,000 AED full package plus depending on experience and qualifications
