Robert Half are exclusively working with a Hedge Fund/Family Office Consultant who are moving their head office to the DIFC from New York. This Firm is a leading provider of risk, analytics, and trading solutions, is searching for an experienced CFO to join our growing team of professionals. Founded in early 2000's with the goal of delivering the same sophisticated risk management and analytics used by the largest banks to all market participants.

The Role

* Develop, and implement the organization's finances and performance
* Responsible for cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs
* As a consultant, you will work with our Hedge Fund and Family Office clients to provide expert advice
* Having previously served in this leadership role, you have specific, hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing the day-to-day accounting and finance functions for a leading Hedge Fund or Family Office
* Provide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with their financial and accounting operations and oversight
* This will involve consulting to some of the leading Hedge Funds and Family Offices in the world and sharing your experience as a CFO in helping clients with:
* Best practice reviews
* Developing realistic and effective action plans
* Breaking apart goals into actionable steps
* Advising on vendor selection and oversight
* Creating and implementing policies, procedures, and control measures
* Evaluating each client's advancement toward goal actualization through key performance indicators (KPIs) and scoring matrice
