Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in the business setup industry as a Channel Partner Officer! We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to cultivate and manage relationships with our channel partners. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and revenue through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new opportunities, providing exceptional support and training, and enhancing the performance of our existing partners. If you are enthusiastic about building strong partnerships and contributing to mutual success, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners within the business setup industry.
- Provide comprehensive support and training to partners to ensure their success.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, developing strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely to achieve mutual goals.
- Align sales and channel efforts by working closely with the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives.
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales, ideally within the business setup industry.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
