JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Follow up Open area project complaints with the respective contractors / Consultants / service providers.
- Supervise the service providers activities for all infrastructure works in Open Area project.
- Coordinate and follow up with Service provider for all the scheduled PPM activities in Open Area project.
- Coordinate with the involved site team and complete task on time.
- Coordinate with Vehicles / Machineries Operators / Drivers for road cleaning activities and take appropriate measures according to the site condition.
- Conduct daily site inspections and take proactive action for all the infrastructure activities.
- Coordinate and assist with Site Engineer / Supervisor for all the site inspections.
- Follow up any other works or duties requested / assigned by Site Engineer / Supervisor.
- Proper record to be maintained for the daily site activities.
- Maintain proper record for ongoing / pending works in Open Area project Infrastructure activities.
- Coordinate with the External contractors for all the additional works.
- Arrange required materials, tools from DSO Store for open Area Project team.
- Provide suggestions and recommendation related to the respective project operational activities, cost saving and equipment life cycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Civil & MEP Infrastructure works
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Preferable experience with FM company
- Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous
- English Knowledge
- Computer literate
- English Speaking
- Light Vehicle Driving license.
- Good Communication
- Team work
Technical competencies:
- Operation of all Infrastructure assets.
- Technical knowledge of Infrastructure materials & machineries.
