JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Sourcing of cargo as broker, freight trader for voyage charterer, time Charterer or short period.
• Voyage calculation, planning and way forward thinking.
• Calculation and comparison of time and voyage charterer.
• Negotiation of CP terms condition and conclude fixture.
• Follow up voyage performance including accomplish files.
• Study present market, envisaging future market, fixing vessel time & voyage accordingly.
• Develop / expand new business with charterers / operators.
• Claim resolving /recovering in connection with voyage charterer or time charterer.
• Uphold relation with present charterer increase trading volume and portfolio.
• Ready to work under pressure, supervision of senior, liaise with head office.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience : 8-12 years
• Education : Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters in any discipline or MBA will be preferred
• Skill: Negotiation Ability, Skill to resolve complexity, Working capacity under stress
• Age : About 40
• Skill : Fluent in English ( Speaking and Writing), Bang la ( Speaking ), Hindi ( Speaking ), Arabic( Speaking )
