About the Client:
- A Dubai-based, certified food service wholesaler and distributor.
Job Description:
- Prepare and process milk, cultures, and rennet to produce mozzarella cheese, ensuring adherence to recipes and production standards.
- Monitor the cheese-making process, including curdling, cutting, stretching, and shaping, to achieve desired texture and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the mozzarella meets product specifications and ensure proper storage and packaging.
Requirements:
- Position Title: Cheese Maker- Employment Type: Full Time
- Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
