Position Title: Prep Chef

About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.
Job Description:
• Preparing ingredients for dishes and ensuring that they meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Following recipes and cooking instructions to ensure consistent and accurate preparation of dishes.
• Assisting the head chef with menu planning and recipe development.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including keeping equipment and work areas sanitized.
• Ensuring that food storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain efficient and timely food preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• At least 4 years’ experience on same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
• Can join by March or April 2023
