JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on candidates experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.
Job Role:
• Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Work with Head Cook to receive and store foodstuffs and supplies.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Highschool diploma or any culinary certifications
• At least 2 years’ experience as a CDP in any international cuisine restaurant
• Must be familiar in HACCP awareness and food hygiene
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
